Name

stage three: tendering

The client must be satisfied that each tenderer is competent and adequately resourced to carry out the work involved and must provide each contractor with as much information as possible about the project site or building (particularly any known hazards such as asbestos, contaminated land, unsafe structures, or similar) and must give tenderers sufficient time to properly prepare their tender. The CDM Co-ordinator will assist the client to carry out these duties by preparing a Pre-Construction Information Package for tendering contractors.

For detailed guidance and further information on each party's duties under CDM Regulations contact cdm@lee-evans.co.uk
