Our fee is fully inclusive and, unlike many of our competitors who offer a skeleton service, there are no hidden extras. Our package contains all the elements the client requires to discharge their duties under the CDM Regulations and includes:
- Explaining legal duties and responsibilities
- Notifying the HSE of the proposed works
- Advising the client on the suitability and competence of potential designers and contractors
- Checking the health and safety implications of all designs and proposals.
- Researching the site and providing a user-friendly and concise Information Pack, highlighting any known hazards
- Assessing and advising on the suitability of the principal Contractor's proposals for managing health and safety during the construction works
- Compiling and issuing the Health & Safety File at the end of the project for building users and future owners.
