Before construction work can begin, clients have to
ensure that the contractor has submitted a detailed
Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan outlining
how he intends to resource and safely execute the works.
During construction, designers must notify the CDM Co-ordinator
of any changes or additions, so that any health and
safety implications can be addressed.
